I've never seen Kenryuu using any illegal items. Show me a ScreenShot of him using and I tell you that you're right.

They are just friends with people who have illegit items, who got with those corrupted GM.

君の問題はアイテムではなく、プログラムの問題。
Rhileはadmの立場を利用してのアイテムなので仕方ない。
Neo=obamaに関してはfacebook takuya jinに尋ねた方が理解し易い。それから、私達の最後の戦いの時にrhile neoチームの誰かがtarafrog helm godly guard使用し、更に過去にneoがmifcだったかを私のギルメンに与え禁止された例もある。
友人関係の立場なら問題ないけれど、敵対立場なら上記の文を読むならば、わざわざ禁止される為に対立者は信頼度の皆無なserverに行かない。
Programについては、まぁ、全プレーヤーは一度はprogramを使用するので仕方ないが、Neoの不正行為は信頼度0。
具体例をあげるなら、
Jonは一般プレーヤーを決して禁止にしない。(禁止にするのはゴミstaff)
Neoなら100%自分が好まない人々を禁止。色々とやりすぎ
Xileroが壊れた今、私は他ROを探し、FBで人々をMigaROに呼ぶだけ。
まあ、人々はそれぞれ自分が好むserverをプレーすれば良い。

それでplayerは増える。
現時点でのNEOに関するinfoはxilero forumとfacebook読むならそれは絶望的です。
